We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Be unused and in their original condition.

  • Include original packaging whenever possible.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Free Returns

EverBloomStyle.store provides free returns on eligible items within the 30-day return period.

Once your return request has been approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Order Cancellations
